Schools and teachers should give priority to develop the personality of children which is even more important. This force has, if we study closely, four basic expressions. It expresses itself through four Powers:
- a Power for knowledge
- a Power for strength
- a Power for mutuality and active and productive relation and interchange
- a Power for works and labour and service
